During the course of any engagement, Vocon Partners may have access to confidential information of the client. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Services, in accordance with applicable law and any separate confidentiality agreement between the parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vocon Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site or using the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
